Delays happen..
All orders are picked up daily by UPS. Orders placed after 2pm CST will ship out the following day. Once the package is their possession it is out of our control. If you're experiencing a delay in shipment or believe that your package is lost send an email to info@thenexusmount.com. Include the order number and shipping issue you're experiencing. If the delay is significant, a replacement package can be shipped to you.
