In the event additional taxes or duties are required the customer assumes the responsibility for paying the amount due.

Delays happen..
Orders placed after 2pm CST will likely ship out the following day. Once the package is the carriers possession the shipping process is out of our control. If you're experiencing a delay in shipment or believe that your package is lost send an email to info@thenexusmount.com. Include the order number and shipping issue you're experiencing. If the delay is significant, a replacement package can be shipped to you.
