Do you offer a warranty?

A warranty is NOT offered for any NEXUS products that incur damages from intended use.

The user assumes all responsibility of damages that may occur to NEXUS products and/or electronic devices even when using them as intended.

Replacement of electronic devices is NOT available.

The user understands that placing expensive electronic devices in a dangerous location could result in damages to the devices.

If damages occur to a NEXUS product and a replacement is needed contact us via email. In most cases we can offer a replacement of the broken NEXUS part at a discounted rate if you choose to have it replaced.

What carriers are used for shipping?

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping times vary depending on location but usually arrive in 2-5 days.

All international orders are shipped DHL eCommerce via USPS. Typically this is the cheapest and fastest method. Shipping times vary depending on location and customs clearance. Even so, most international orders usually arrive in 10-20 days.

Is Next Day shipping available?

Since Next Day shipping is expensive and most times doesn't arrive as advertised, we do not offer this option. However if the customer request this method we can accommodate. Cut off time to ship Next Day is 10am CST. If order is place after this time the package will ship out the following day.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is available through DHL eCommerce via USPS. Typical shipping timeframe is 10-20 day depending on customers location. Taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. In the event additional taxes or duties are required the customer assumes the responsibility for paying the amount due.
