What is the refund/return policy?

All returns/replacement request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving orders. All returns/requests are subject to approval.

To Initiate a Return/Replacement Request
Please send an e-mail to with your Order Number in the subject line of the email. If the item is opened/used, please include pictures for reference.
Unopened and Unused Items
Items that are unopened and unused will be refunded the full purchase amount, less all shipping, once we have received your returned product(s).

Opened and Used Items
Opened and used items will be evaluated based on the pictures provided and given a refund value. If you choose to return the products, you will be refunded the agreed upon value once we have received your returned products.

Do you offer a warranty?

A warranty is NOT offered for any NEXUS products that incur damages from intended use.
The user assumes all responsibility of damages that may occur to NEXUS products and/or electronic devices even when using them as intended.
Replacement of electronic devices is NOT available.
The user understands that placing expensive electronic devices in a dangerous location could result in damages to the devices.
If damages occur to a NEXUS product and a replacement is needed contact us via email. In most cases we can offer a replacement of the broken NEXUS part at a discounted rate if you choose to have it replaced.

What carriers are used for shipping?

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping times vary depending on location but usually arrive in 2-5 days.
All international orders, unless specified otherwise, are shipped via UPS Standard Ground. Typically this is the cheapest and fastest method. Shipping times vary depending on location and customs clearance. Even so, most international orders usually arrive in 5-10 days.

Is Next Day shipping available?

Since Next Day shipping is expensive and most times doesn't arrive as advertised, we do not offer this option. However if the customer request this method we can accommodate.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is available upon request. Customers will be responsible for taxes and duties associated with shipments going through customs. Send us an email to discuss options as we try to reduce shipping cost as much as possible.
